OFF ROAD TRIATHLON

trimoore coaches Rob Moore and Mike Griffin are experienced off-road triathletes having raced in the World ITU and ETU Cross Triathlon World Championships and the Xterra World Championships in Maui.

 

At trimoore coaching we draw upon this expertise to offer bespoke 1:1 coaching as well as introductory 'tri off-road days'. We will provide advice on bike selection, bike set-up, training and racing.
